I really enjoyed Bella’s private class. I hadn’t done yoga for a while, so I was keen to have a 1-2-1 session and Bella was great at assisting me to ensure my form was correct. She was patient and supportive - I can’t wait for our next class!
After an energizing class, Bella created a calming atmosphere for savasana and relaxation. She guided me through a body scan which really allowed me to connect with my body before heading back to my busy day!

I was lucky enough to have had a personal yoga session with Bella in the gorgeous setting of Bali. I was feeling very stiff after a long flight, encountering nerve issues in my leg. A lesson with Bella sorted that all out! The yoga flows were just what I needed, stretching every part of my body. I felt a million times better, more flexible and six inches taller. Bella is one of the best yoga instructors I’ve had. She brings a spiritual element to the practice that I really enjoy and works with her clients to help iron out any niggles and / or tightness they’re experiencing. I always look forward to our twice weekly zoom classes and always feel amazing afterwards.
